Black beans

The Vigna mungo bean is a species native of India that has been cultivated since prehistoric times. It later spread to tropical and subtropical areas of Asia, from Iran to Japan and today it is also cultivated in Africa and Oceania. This species is particularly healthy and beneficial due to its high nutritional value, high content of vegetable proteins, fibers, enzymes and antioxidants.
