San Marzano peeled tomato, a precious fruit and habit of our geographical area, has an intense flavour, but is extremely more delicate than the long “Roma type” tomato, especially in its consistency. For this reason, the conservation process requires even greater skill and experience, guided by a rigorous control system that has allowed us to obtain the laborious certification of Agro Sarnese Nocerino D.O.P. tomatoes.
